How to Start a Country

This report will open your mind to our world’s history and the posses on starting your own Country.

Abstract

The goal for this research project will be to find out what it takes to start a country in today’s society by researching the international laws. Primary research will start with International Resistor Agencies, United Nations and our worlds Country’s and territories. Eventually research into micronations was added to expand the working knowledge of country formation.


This research project could very well have a question with no definitive answer as laws of the world’s countries and territories will vary. Because of this, the project will also be divided into three major categories. The first focused on the United Nations and what it takes to be accepted into their elite club of 192 countries. Second well look at examples of micronations around the world and finally look at transforming private land it into a territory, state, nation, and country based on the international laws.


As detailed in this report, starting a country comes with many risks and gray laws to overcome. It’s simple survival establishing a new country and avoiding being snuffed out by the larger nations. Diplomatic diplomacy between neighboring nations could make or break the new formation of a country. The monetary cost to start a country can also become overwhelming if not planned out in the beginning. But the thought of starting your own country is still be a fun day dream.
